It features rapid bonding, high strength, excellent aging resistance, non-toxicity, good thermal stability, and flexible adhesive film. Shapes available include rods and granular.

Hot melt glue sticks are a type of solvent-free thermoplastic solid adhesive.

It is made by reacting and molding EVA with adhesive resin, which has good flowability, good wetting property, high rapid bonding strength, resistance to aging, non-toxicity, and other characteristics.

Compatible with hot melt glue gun, can be used in electronic, electrical components, paper products, wood decoration, plastic, toys, furniture, speakers and ABS material adhesion, can be widely used in factories, homes.

Main components: The material is a solid adhesive composed of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) with the addition of a thickening agent and other components. Softening point: 75°C ± 5°C
Melt viscosity: 5300cps
Usage Temperature: 160°C—180°C
Curing time: 8-10 seconds
Application scope: Applicable to plastic, metal, wood, paper, toys, electronics, furniture, leather, crafts, shoe materials, coating, ceramics, lampshades, polyethylene foam, food packaging, speakers, etc.

First, insert the glue stick from the rear end of the glue gun into the gun body, then plug in the glue gun and heat it for about one or two minutes using the electric heating element inside the gun body. Once the glue is heated, you can move the gun trigger to push the glue stick forward to fill the glue and melt it. Then, once the hot melt glue starts to flow out of the gun nozzle, you can begin to use it for adhesive patching or filling.
Notes:
Ensure that the adhesive surface is free from water, dust, and oil. This hot melt adhesive is primarily used for filling and bonding, and it is not a 502 super glue that will corrode or burn the objects being bonded. It should be used in the appropriate place to achieve the best effect. After using the glue gun, there is no need to pull out the unused glue sticks; just leave them for the next time you turn on the power to continue using.
