Silicone features:
A. Temperature resistance: it can be used for a long time at 200°C, and still retains elasticity at -60°C.
B. Electrical Insulation Properties: Silicone has excellent dielectric properties, especially at high temperatures, which greatly exceed those of general organic rubber. The dielectric strength is virtually unaffected by temperature within the range of 20-200°C.
C. Excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and UV resistance, with no cracking occurring over long-term outdoor use. It is generally believed that silicone rubber can be used outdoors for over 20 years.
D. Excellent high-temperature compression permanent deformation.
E. Excellent processing properties and easy molding, which can be used to produce various products through methods such as extrusion thermal air vulcanization molding, molding, and stretching molding.
