About Shipping:

Stock: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 72 hours (three days). Generally, if an order is placed and paid before 1pm, the goods will be sent the same day. (Excluding weekends.) If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there are dedicated personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will sign the shipping document and then pack the goods together and send them out. Suppliers support mixed batch orders of 10 pieces or more.

Customization: (1) Payment Method: 50% deposit is required as a down payment (full payment must be made before the shipment)

Delivery cycle: Customized products require production upon order, with a production cycle of 15 working days and a shipping cycle of 20 working days. Please do not urge the shipment.

Express Logistics: Our default express delivery is Yunda. If you need any other express delivery, please contact our online customer service. If the express delivery does not arrive or if you urgently need the goods, please contact the customer service to change to SF Express and China Post. For large goods, please inform the customer service of the logistics company address and the name of the freight station near you for transportation. This will help you pick up the goods in a short time and at a nearby location. Please note that we cannot control the express delivery and logistics services. Please do not use the satisfaction of the express delivery and logistics service attitude and the time of arrival as the basis for our evaluation. Thank you!

Buyers first choose a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay. When the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, the payment is then released to the supplier by Alipay. If the goods are not received on time or do not meet the requirements, the buyer can make a refund application to protect their own rights.

05 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify, claim compensation, or refuse to accept the delivery directly from the delivery personnel.

06 About after-sales service: If there are any quality problems within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will give you a reply for exchange. We will not accept any requests after the deadline. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the difference between the picture and the actual product is too large, or if the product does not meet their expectations, or if they are not satisfied with the product for any subjective reasons, such as not being as good as they imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product they have purchased.
