Before Purchase:

1. Our company's products are basically in stock and can be purchased directly (if there are no stocks, the customer service will contact you).

2. More than 50 books can be customized with a LOGO, and more than 100 books can be customized with the inner pages (please consult the customer service for the cost).

Customized items can generally be shipped within 3-5 days (for details, please consult customer service).The delivery date is just an estimate; please make sure to ask clearly before placing an order, especially for urgent orders. Our customer service must confirm it before it takes effect, otherwise it will be considered the responsibility of the other party.

4. Our company offers sample making service, and a sample fee of 300 yuan is required. The remaining 200 yuan will be returned after the subsequent order is placed.

5. Small orders, such as dozens of books, can be sent by courier, while large orders are sent by logistics. Shipping can be arranged according to customer requirements.

Customized items are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
