About shipping costs
The online price is a wholesale price without shipping fees, and the default is from pick-up logistics to pay.
If you need to send a courier, please contact the customer service by clicking or calling for after-sales service.
Electrical products enjoy a three-month exchange and one-year warranty service. After-sales service involves returning the product to the factory for a new replacement. For kitchenware products, except for damage such as bulging or breaking, exchanges and returns are allowed (please provide feedback within one day of receiving the goods for the exchange to be valid).
About shipping
