Please be informed by the bosses who are buying: Our daily shipment volume is quite large, so there may be a small amount of imperfect products that have been missed. Please inspect the goods when signing the courier on the day of receipt, and if there are any quality problems, please contact our company's online customer service within 2 days. If no contact is made within the time limit, it will be considered that the product quality is fine. For products with quality problems, the buyer needs to cooperate to send back 10 pieces together for exchange or refund, and the return postage will be borne by our company. The postage of the buyer should be paid first, and the postage will be compensated together after receiving the goods. We refuse to receive couriers with payment. For quality problems with less than 10 pieces, it can be exchanged, but the buyer needs to bear the round-trip transportation costs by themselves. In order to let customers get products with more price advantages, the products themselves are low value and low profit, and the transportation costs may far exceed the profits when the number of watches is small. Please understand. If you want to exchange, please save the number of your courier shipment, in case of inquiry; please use the related information of the sender, address, and contact information on the parcel as the information of the recipient who ordered the goods in this store.
2】 About logistics and shipping time
We usually send express deliveries such as YouSu, ZTO Express, etc. Please note your special delivery request in the message! Here, it's convenient to find almost all the express deliveries you want to send. For orders placed before 16:00, if the stock is sufficient, we will ship the same day. If there are any shortages, we will notify the buyer immediately or delay the shipping by 1-3 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
"3】 About mixed batch
The orders for products are quite scattered, with only one or two pieces per style, and the quantity of each style is low. Due to the scattered nature of the styles ordered, it takes a significant amount of time to check the inventory, so if there are any missing colors, we will increase the quantity of the same style or send other colors of the same style to make up the total quantity of the order. Please be informed.
4】 About sample processing
1. The client provides samples or product requirements, and our company will provide samples within 7 working days. After the client confirms the samples and signs the contract, our company will proceed with mass production.
2, the product delivery period is completed within 20 days for 10,000 pieces, and our company completes the delivery within 25 days for 20,000 to 30,000 pieces. Other quantities are subject to mutual consultation on the delivery period.
3, Custom LOGO for existing products (logos can be custom-made on the dial, strap, clasp, and automatic hammer of the mechanical movement). The minimum order quantity for a single style and color is 200 pieces. The delivery period is 10 days.
