1. Computer Embroidery: The feature is firm and does not fade after washing, suitable for products with simple LOGOs.
2. Screen Printing (Silk Screen Printing): Uses imported elastic latex, features low cost, resistance to washing, high elasticity, suitable for products with simple LOGOs.
3. Sewing labels: Making woven or printed labels and sewing them onto the pillow with a sewing machine. This method is cost-effective and simple, but the logo size is relatively small, suitable for private-label products;
4. Thermal Transfer Printing: Features include photo-quality effects, good color fastness, and relatively high minimum order quantities (typically 3,000 pieces for each design). This printing method is suitable for products with complex graphics, large LOGO printing areas, and high order volumes.
5. Digital printing: Can print any pattern, color control is precise, no plate fee is needed, but the printing cost is relatively high. Suitable for small quantities and high color requirements for printing patterns.
6、Piece Dyed Print: Penetrating printing, low cost, with plate fee, high minimum order quantity. Suitable for large-volume printing of full-plate monochrome repeat patterns.
