The installation
1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, the retaining pin of the bearing coat must be removed, the surface of the shaft neck shall be polished and cleaned, and the shaft neck shall be coated with oil, anti-rust and lubrication (the bearing shall be allowed to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Apply lubricating oil to the bearing seat and the bearing mating surface, and load the bearing into the bearing seat. The assembled bearing and bearing seat are then mounted on the shaft and pushed to the desired position for installation.
3. The bolts fixing the bearing seat should not be tightened first, but the bearing jacket should be able to rotate inside the bearing seat. Also installed on the other end of the same shaft bearing and seat, will turn the shaft several rounds, so that the bearing itself automatically find the correct position. Then tighten the bearing seat bolts.
4. Install eccentric sleeve. First, put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve and tighten it with hands in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Then insert the small iron bar into or against the countersunk hole of the eccentric sleeve. Hit the small iron bar in the direction of rotation of the shaft with a hand hammer.
