PVC软胶滴胶-特点介绍

1.PVC是完全无毒无味的，对人体皮肤及呼吸系统没有任何刺激毒无味的，

2.可以表现自然界任意的颜色。

3.具有较高的机械强度和较好的耐蚀性。

4.人工（机器）针管点胶，同一产品刻搭配多种颜色。

用途：

制作工艺

1.开模具，根据要求做出相应的效果图、采用电脑雕刻，开出相应模具。

2.调色，根据图案要求调色，即调和PVC粉、植物油、PVC油、稳定剂，色膏，达到要求的颜色和硬度。

3.做货，按图稿在模具的相应位置用针管注入原料，分层次在考模台上经过高温（180-200摄氏度）使液体材料凝固，根据产品情况一般要决定烘烤次数，每烤一次就在湿毛巾上凉模降温。直至最后取出样品。

4.质检修边，每个产品都要做到无气泡、无沙眼、无混色、整体干净、毛边修剪细致方可符合标准。
