All the products in our store are brand new. They are not expensive crafts but mechanical-produced stainless steel products. Any slight silver scratches are normal wear and tear and are not considered quality issues.
Size issue: All products have actual sizes, and you cannot judge the product size solely by the product specifications. If you are particularly concerned about the actual product size, please contact the customer service staff. Due to the measurement method, the product allows ±5mm size error.
■ Real-object photography: All the images of our products are taken from actual items. Due to differences in shooting lighting and computer resolution, there may be a slight color difference. We will try our best to reduce the difference between the images and the actual items, so that everyone can buy reliable and affordable goods with confidence.

1. Before using stainless steel tableware for food, it must be boiled and washed several times to perform high-temperature sterilization.
2. Avoid spills, falls, collisions, and strong impacts, as these may cause deformation of stainless steel products, affecting their appearance and effectiveness.
3. Stainless steel products should not be in contact with soy sauce, vinegar, and other salty substances (or other acidic or alkaline substances) for a long time, to prevent rusting.
4. Sometimes, the inside of stainless steel utensils may develop some red rust spots due to the presence of iron or other substances in the contents. You can remove these spots by soaking the utensils in warm water mixed with diluted vinegar for 30 minutes, and then thoroughly cleaning them.
5. Stainless steel utensils should be cleaned with soft cloths and dishwashing detergent diluted with warm water. Do not use alkaline bleach, metal scouring pads, or chemical rags.
6. To prevent the production of odors or stains and to maintain long-lasting cleanliness, after using stainless steel utensils, please clean them thoroughly and allow them to dry completely.
7. After stainless steel utensils are heated at high temperatures, do not directly touch them with your hands to avoid scalding.
