1. About color difference

All product images in our store are taken by ourselves with actual products. Due to the limitations of personal photography skills, as well as differences in lighting and monitors, there may be some color differences. Please refer to the actual products for accuracy.

2. About Shipping

Orders paid before noon on the same day will be shipped that day or the next day. We will carefully check the product quality and packaging to ensure that they are correct before sending them out. In case of any special circumstances, we will notify you in time.

If you specify a freight station for shipping, please note it in your order, and we will ship your goods to the freight station you require.

3. About the arrival time

1. Our company is located next to many freight stations and has cooperation with them. Generally, goods will arrive the next day in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and it takes 3-4 days for nearby provinces and 5-7 days for remote areas.

2. Self-collection of goods, self-paid freight. Freight rates vary across the country (measured by the number of boxes, each box can hold 200-500 products). The cost of one box is about 15-35 yuan, and the cost in the cities with transfer points may be higher by 5-10 yuan. The time takes 5-7 days, depending on the distance, and in some areas it may take a little longer.
