Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature date), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. Any false or exaggerated reports will not be accepted once verified.

2. Since it is impossible for customers to inspect all products individually upon receipt, we allow a 7-day period after receipt to discover any quality issues. We will offer exchange or return services for any products with quality problems.

3. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time; (The freight for the exchange of goods is borne by the customer, and it is recommended to replace and supplement the next order).

4. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has been used or stored improperly; if it is beyond the warranty period; or if the returned product has been tampered with or is false, we will not assume any responsibility for a return or exchange.

5. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer will cover the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual product cost once we receive the goods. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return. Thank you for your cooperation, and let's start with communication from the heart!
6. Regarding shipping, it takes time to prepare the goods. Our cut-off time for orders is 16:00 PM. If the goods are ready by that time, we will ship them the same day. If the goods are not ready, we will ship them within 48 hours. Due to the variety of models and colors, all items are handmade, and we cannot guarantee that the goods will always be ready. Please carefully consider your purchase before making a decision. If you cannot accept the shipping arrangement, please carefully consider your purchase or choose another store. We do not make a commitment to ship the goods 100% the same day. We can only try to ship them as soon as possible!
