How is the freight charge calculated?
Answer: By default, we send the goods by logistics with freight collect, and the goods are self-picked up. Without modifying the freight, we have the right not to ship the goods. All products are free of freight because of the different requirements of our customers.
The logistics chosen for the region are different, so the shipping fees are also different, and it is impossible to calculate them uniformly. For clients with small amounts and in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, we send express deliveries by default, using Ten Days Express. If you need other express services, please specify.

2. I have placed an order, when will the goods be shipped, and when will they arrive?
Answer: In normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed, and the arrival time depends on the logistics company. Generally, within 1-2 days for Shandong Province, and 3-7 days for other provinces, if the time exceeds the expected days, please contact our customer service for follow-up.
3. Are the products on the shelf in stock, and what should I do if they are out of stock?
Answer: Products that can be shot on the shelf generally have stock, so you can rest assured to shoot them; if there is no stock, we will contact you through Taobao Messenger or phone to handle the situation in time.
Can colors be selected?
Answer: Default is random shipping, if there are special requirements, please indicate the needed color in the remark column or contact customer service; but there may be color missing, if there is color missing, we will ship randomly, please understand.
Can I return or exchange the goods if I am not satisfied with them?
