Construction Steps

To ensureProduct QualityIt is recommended that the client cleans the surface before use, ensuring there is no dust, grease; no standing water or moisture; and at the same time, one side of the material should be absorbent and firm to ensure the adhesive effect.

1) Cut the nozzle above the thread line to achieve the desired size and angle (approximately 6mm);

2) Squeeze out a continuous strip or two of adhesive on the back of the material to be pasted.

3) Adhere the material to be pasted for at least 2 minutes.

4) Wipe away the excess glue with a damp cloth.

5) When adhering heavy objects, it is still necessary to have some form of support or fixation depending on the base.

A 6mm-wide adhesive tape can approximately cover 10 meters.

Bonding Time and Strength: The final strength can be achieved after 48 hours, but it may vary depending on actual conditions;

Restrictions: Not to be used in wet or waterlogged areas, and not to be used for installing mirrors. The material can be used for PVC; however, it is not suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene. This product does not have water-resistant functionality and is not suitable for outdoor use.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children.

Save: Store in a dry and shady environment (21 degrees Celsius ± 3 degrees Celsius), prevent frostbite.

This product is used to cover materials, wood, gypsum board, metal, mirrors, glass, plastics, rubber, baseboards, blinds, thresholds, window sills, boundary posts, pillars, switchboxes, and various man-made materials.Ornamental StoneTiles are fixed to concrete, brick, mortar, walls, and rough paperboard.

Clean the construction surface to ensure there is no oil or dust.

Cut the pipe opening, install the nozzle, and use the sealing gun to squeeze out.

1. Dry Adhesive Bonding Method (Suitable for lighter materials and lighter load-bearing joints)

1. Squeeze a number of lines of "Z"-shaped liquid nails at a distance of 40 centimeters apart.

2. Press down the side with the liquid nail, gently pull apart, and let the glue evaporate for 2~5 minutes;

3. Then press both sides firmly to complete.

II. Wet Adhesive Bonding Method (Suitable for areas subject to only moderate pressure, to be used in conjunction with clamping tools)

1. Apply the liquid nail according to the dry adhesive method.

2. Use pliers, nails, or screws to immediately adhere the two sides or fasten;

3. After the glue has solidified (24 hours), remove the clamps.

Adhesive bonding method for load-bearing materials:

Can directly adhere to the load-bearing material. First, adhere the load-bearing material together, and then separate it, wait for about 5 minutes until it dries, and then firmly press and tighten the material to be bonded, ensuring it is in place. If necessary, use support columns to support it. (The heavy material must be supported.)

Dry contact adhesive method: (ceiling lines, skirting, door frames, background walls)

1. Extrude along the adhesive surface in the shape of a 'Z'.

2. Squeeze the adhesive side towards the surface to be adhered, and press both sides tightly.

3. Pull apart the two adhesive surfaces to allow the liquid nail adhesive to vaporize for 2-5 minutes.

After 4.2-5 minutes, press the two pieces together again and tap lightly along the joint.

5. Use auxiliary tools to temporarily fix the adhesive for 24 hours, then remove the temporary fixation.

6.24 hours to achieve the bonding effect, 2-3 days to completely cure

Wet contact adhesive bonding: (wooden floors, Marble countertopLarge materials (such as timber, steel, etc.)

1. Apply liquid nail adhesive using dry contact adhesive method.

2. Press the adhesive surface firmly, and the bonding effect can be achieved within 24 hours, with complete curing within 2-3 days.

Super-fast adhesive nails have ultra-fast adhesion, especially on multi-pore surfaces, which are more significant. As long as any surface is a multi-pore structure, it can achieve a quick bonding effect, and no auxiliary device is needed during the bonding process.
