【Shipping Time】

1. After successful online ordering or when the bank transfer is received, if the order is placed before 3 PM, it will generally be shipped that same day.

Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped if possible on the same day, and if not, they will be shipped the next day.

2. If there is a traffic jam at the warehouse or the order cannot be shipped within two days due to extreme weather, our company will call you in time to report and discuss the handling method.

3. During national holidays (National Day, Spring Festival...), the warehouse will be closed. Please try to place your orders at least one week to two weeks in advance to ensure that the goods can be shipped and received before the holiday.

1. Except for SF Express, which allows payment on delivery, other courier services require us to pay in advance, so the courier fees should be included with the payment. If the courier fees are not included, we will not ship the goods. Please consult us for the specific courier fees when placing the order.

2. Shipping by logistics (road freight):

a: The logistics fee is to be paid by the customer upon arrival at the warehouse. Logistics generally reaches the county and city districts, but it is usually not possible to reach small towns. There are many direct freight special lines from Yiwu to all parts of the country, which are inexpensive. If there are no direct special lines, it will take one or two transfers to reach the destination. The transfers are internal matters of the Yiwu logistics pickup points, and we do not need to worry about them. However, transfers will incur transfer fees and will take longer.

How long will it take to arrive? This is a question that every customer cares about, but we cannot control or predict it. 1) If it's a route with daily shipments, the timing is relatively accurate and the cycle is short; 2) However, for some routes with low volume of shipments, it may take until the vehicle is full or nearly full before it departs; 3) Those that require transshipment will encounter the same two situations; 4) There are sometimes uncertain factors on the road: will the vehicle break down, will there be traffic jams...

If there is a specified logistics, please inform us of the Yiwu pickup address, phone number, and logistics name when placing an order. If there is no specified logistics, we will prioritize direct express delivery (if there is no direct express or if we cannot find it, we will generally send it through the logistics we are familiar with).

Logistics fees: This is also a concern of the customers, except for companies like Deyong and other well-known logistics companies with fixed quotation documents, other small logistics companies generally do not have price lists. It is difficult to ask them for the price because they do not see the goods and cannot say the price even if they do, which is just a kind of perfunctory response. Because the goods yard in Yiwu is generally received at the front door and loaded at the back door, which is quite busy. However, please rest assured that the logistics companies in Yiwu will not overcharge (business is good to the extent that there is no need for underhand tactics. Generally, the unreasonable charge occurs in the transfer link, but it is also an individual phenomenon).
