Product Description:
B-7000 is a specialized adhesive designed for bonding plastics to plastics and plastics to metals. It is a new product that allows for direct bonding of plastics without any pre-treatment, and it also has no corrosive effect when bonding acrylic and plastics.
This adhesive is a multi-colored, eco-friendly, non-toxic, and non-corrosive single-component multifunctional adhesive. It cures under normal conditions in contact with air, is safe and convenient to use, and has excellent water resistance, moisture resistance, shock resistance, aging resistance, and excellent sealing properties. The adhesive cures into a soft, elastic body with excellent adhesive properties and extraordinary strength. The packaging design is humanized, and it can be used without re-pouring or opening the bottle during the operation. The use temperature range is -30°C to +90°C.
 
B-7000 adhesive is widely used for:
 
1. Electronic components adhesion, fixation, protection, insulation.
2. Adhesive bonding for mobile phone screens, displays, and the borders of household appliances.
3. Adhesion of metals, plastics, wood, cement, and canvas
4. Quick-drying and curing, it will not be absorbed when applied to most porous materials.
5. After drying, it forms a resilient and waterproof bonding surface.
 
This is a contact adhesive composed primarily of chlorinated butyl rubber, which is widely used in soft materials such as rubber and leather and hard materials such as metal.
（1）Excellent instant adhesiveness, which does not lose rubber elasticity after bonding.
（2）No need for complex operations such as mixing or heating, it can be used simply.
Suitable for bonding of the following materials, whether identical or different:
(1) Metals: Iron, aluminum, hard aluminum, brass, and copper, etc.
Plastics: vinyl board and film, methyl methacrylate resin, phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, benzene-vinyl resin, epoxy resin, etc.
(3) Non-metals: concrete, mortar, hardboard, paper, wood, leather, canvas, ceramics, fabric, glass, bamboo, etc.
Rubber: Natural rubber, isoprene, SBR, NBR, chlorobutadiene rubber.
(5) Often used for the adhesion of the voice coil and diaphragm in loudspeakers.
 
PVC/ABS/Rubber, plastic, leather, sponge, wood, paper, doll toys, glass, ceramic, metal, drawing glue, diamond water drill ornament category, frame, lighting, textile, crafts, headphones, EPDM rubber, sponge rubber, felt, canvas, linseed oil felt, earplugs and other materials between the mutual adhesion and self-adhesive, is the most ideal choice for production and work.
