If you take photos of insufficient boxes or mixed boxes of different specifications, it is easy to cause damage to the color boxes to a certain extent during transportation, and the corners of the boxes are prone to creasing. This does not fall under quality issues, and if you need to replace the color boxes, you need to purchase them separately.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

1. Regarding logistics freight, freight charges are collect on delivery, and you need to pick up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer or selected by our staff for a more suitable option.

2. Regarding express delivery: Small packages will default to be sent by YTO Express/Yousu Express (except for remote areas), and for larger quantities, we will arrange the corresponding express delivery according to the actual situation. If you have a specific request, please inform the customer service. If you specify the express delivery, the freight will be collected upon delivery.
Receiving Standards:
1. When buyers pick up the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
After-sales service:
1. All large orders are confirmed based on the received samples and are not subject to exchanges or returns after shipment. If the product is sent back to us without our prior consent, we have the right to refuse to accept it.
2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances, so all toy products sold by our company do not have a three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, the platform will not assume any responsibility.

3. Exchange and Return: For exchange conditions - if the product itself suffers from quality issues leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a product exchange, replacing the defective product with a good one for the customer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires... Remember, selling toys means knowing how to repair them!). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations... which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide exchange or return services.
Exclusion of Liability:
1. We will ensure that the outer boxes are sturdy before shipment. However, during the transportation process, especially for long-distance city deliveries, there may be some product damage (such as minor scratches or slight deformations due to collisions), which does not constitute a quality issue and cannot be used as a reason for return.

2. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and should be considered as the actual operation. It is not part of the contract and shall not serve as a reason for return.
3. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal; due to reasons such as light, different monitors, and so on, the color may differ slightly, which does not belong to quality problems. Please refer to the actual goods.
