Application:

This adhesive can replace all kinds of rubber pad, asbestos pad, cork pad and paper pad, can effectively prevent water, oil, gas leakage, has a good sealing effect. Suitable for mechanical, automobile, motorcycle, tractor, ship engine, gear box, oil tank, mechanical and electrical equipment, electrical appliances, meters, electronics and chemical equipment plane seal, pipe joint, cover plate joint surface seal.

Instructions:

1. Clean the water, dust, oil, rust and other dirt on the surface of the adhesive;

2. Pierce the nozzle with the cap, and apply the gel evenly from the outer edge to the inner edge with a thickness of about 1.6-3.2 mm, with a good sealing degree;
3. About 10-20 minutes after gluing, when there is a reaction on the surface of the adhesive film, align the two sealing surfaces and apply pressure to tighten them;
4. Put it at room temperature 25℃ for 10 hours or 24 hours before use, and the sealing effect is especially good;
5. For unused colloids, cover the tube well after use, wash hands with water after operation, and clean the tools. 1. Keep ventilation in the workplace to avoid contact with children;
2. Wear leather gloves during operation. If skin or eyes are touched, wash with water or seek medical advice immediately;
3. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from high temperature;

4. Before batch use, please do the experiment first to avoid the effect of bonding due to improper operation.
