Iii. Instructions:
1) Turn the knob on the oil cylinder as required to adjust the oil cylinder resistance to the appropriate gear;
2) Clamp the wheelchair to the wheelchair position as shown in the figure below, sit firmly facing the outside, adjust the size of the waist fixation belt and fasten it tightly, and hold the upper and lower side handles with both hands;
3) The waist is close to the back of the wheelchair, and the back rests on the cushion. The abdominal force drives the torso to bend forward;
4) The torso should be as close to the legs as possible. After a slight pause, the back should stretch the torso back to the starting position;
5) Repeat the exercise as described above.
