1. About Shipping:

2. The shipping fee for all orders is collect on delivery.
Section Two: About Receiving Goods
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
III. About Returns and Exchanges
1. We do not support returns or exchanges for items with no quality issues.
2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
Long-term orders can accumulate damaged products for a unified return and exchange (if any problems are found at the time, please contact us immediately, and we will make a note for registration).
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage of 5% is considered normal within the range. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
