1. Post-sales and return/exchange principles
For any goods purchased from our company with quality issues or short deliveries, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem for you promptly and provide you with a satisfactory response:
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature date), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. Any false or exaggerated reports will not be accepted once verified.
2. Since it is impossible for customers to inspect all products individually upon receipt, we allow a 7-day period after receipt to discover any quality issues. We will offer exchange or return services for any products with quality problems.
3. After the buyer receives the goods, if they are not satisfied due to their subjective reasons, such as feeling that the texture of the thread is not as good as expected, or they thought the product would suit them before purchasing, but find it does not fit or is not selling well after receiving the goods, with the actual product not having any quality issues, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
4. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
5. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories or related documents, and if the product itself has quality problems, report them within the specified time period.

6. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has been used or stored improperly; if it is beyond the warranty period; or if the returned product has been tampered with or is false, we will not assume any responsibility for exchanges or returns.
7. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer will cover the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual product cost once we receive the goods.
