Description

扎带(Cable Tie)又称扎线带、束线带、锁带，是用来捆扎东西的带子。一般按材质可分为尼龙扎带、不锈钢扎带、喷塑不锈钢扎带等，按功能则分为普通扎带、可退式扎带、标牌扎带、固定锁式扎带、插销式扎带、重拉力扎带等等。扎带采用UL认可之尼龙-66料制成，防火等级94V-2，耐酸、腐蚀、绝缘性良好、不易老化、重量轻、安全无毒、承受力强。操作温度为零下40到90度。综合机械性能远远优于一般工程塑料、是代替铜、不锈钢及其他有色金属的理想材料。扎带的种类很多，如配线器材行业按日成划分为:自锁式扎带、标牌扎带、活扣扎带、防拆(铅封)扎带、固定头扎带、标签扎带、插销扎带、飞机头扎带、珠孔扎带、鱼骨扎带、耐候扎带等。

塑料扎带也称为:扎线、扎线带、束线带、尼龙扎带、捆扎带、绑扎带、电子扎带。

采用UL认可尼龙-66(Nylon 66)材料注塑制成，防火等级94V-2，耐酸、腐蚀、绝缘性良好、不易老化、承受力强。操作温度为零下40到90度。该产品具有绑扎快速、绝缘性好、自锁禁固、使用方便等特点。

塑料扎带由于产品的特殊性(薄壁，产品注塑流程比较大)，其模具、注塑工艺和材料都相当讲究，一般的新厂家都需要很长的摸索过程才能生产出合格的产品。
