I. About retail
1. Orders less than 300 yuan are regarded as retail and can be shipped. Once sold, they will not be refunded or exchanged. If the transportation problem occurs, it can be solved through negotiation,

2. There is a shortage of functions due to quality problems. If you need to make up accessories, you need to replenish them next time or bear the freight yourself.

2. About delivery
1. After the customer places an order for payment, it is generally arranged to be delivered within 48 hours. Orders paid after 16:30 every day are deemed to be delivered the next day.
 

3. About logistics

1. Express delivery: by default, Pepsi Huitong, ZTO, etc. are sent. If you need to specify express delivery, please contact customer service. If you do not specify it, the goods will be delivered by default express delivery.
2. Logistics: freight is generally paid on arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by customers, or we can choose a more appropriate one for you.

4. About receiving goods
1. If the goods are missing, please leave us a message within 24 hours after signing, and we will help you verify the situation as soon as possible.
2. If the package of the goods is damaged, the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos and leave a certificate, reject the Express, and contact us to handle it.

V. About return and exchange
1. The quality problem of the product itself leads to the lack of proper functions of the product itself. We will return and exchange the product, but the resulting transportation
The fee is borne by the buyer, and the wholesale profit is low. Thank you for your understanding.
2. We will not provide return or exchange for other reasons that are not the quality problems of the product itself, such as poor sales and not as good as expected.
3. If you really want to return the goods at a discount based on the length of time when the products and packaging are intact, the buyer shall bear all the freight,
20% off within 7 days, and 20% off for all products over 7 days.

VI. About after-sales service

If the product has quality problems, please feedback the product problems to our after-sales service within 10 days after receiving the goods (subject to the receipt time). If it exceeds its deadline, no feedback will be given.
After-sales problems will not be accepted. Products with quality problems can be accumulated, and then returned by ordinary logistics, and the returned freight is borne by the buyer.
