 2. All our products are photographed with actual items. After the photos are taken, to minimize color deviations, we use various methods to correct the colors. Due to differences in personal monitors, we cannot guarantee that there will be no color differences, nor can we guarantee that no color differences will occur on different monitors of each buyer. Common sense tells us that due to differences in lighting, distance, angle, and the tone of each display screen, it is impossible to eliminate the slight color differences between the images and the actual items. This is a normal phenomenon of online shopping. Those who cannot accept this should not purchase. We absolutely do not accept negative or neutral reviews based on color differences.

 3. Buyers are required to personally receive the express delivery and open the package to check for any damage or mismatch. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to negotiate any special return or exchange situations. If the product has quality issues or is sent incorrectly, please provide clear photos. After confirmation, we will provide a return or exchange, and the cost of return express delivery will be borne by us. However, we remind buyers to purchase carefully to avoid unnecessary waste of human, material, financial, and time resources for both parties.

 4. When returning the goods, the buyer should advance the courier fees, and the seller will refund the courier fees to the buyer once the goods are received. All items with a collect on delivery (COD) option will be refused.

If the buyer's receiving address has delivery restrictions (some remote areas cannot deliver mail), the buyer should inform the seller in advance and choose a different shipping method. If we randomly choose a shipping method, the buyer is responsible for any resulting losses!
