4. Sample Order: If a customer orders a custom notebook and needs to re-create a sample, and if such a sample is not available in our existing sample library, a 300 Yuan sample fee is required. Once the sample is ready, it will be shipped to the customer for inspection. For future orders, the sample fee can partially serve as payment for the order based on the complexity of the customizations;

5. Place an Order: You can pay through Alipay or make a 50% deposit. The remaining amount must be paid in full before the delivery;
