[About products]: before the buyer takes the goods, please contact me by Wangwang or phone to confirm the address, contact information and freight, so as to avoid wrong delivery! Delivery within 24 hours after confirming the order.

[About freight]: all products do not include freight. By default, logistics is sent and the logistics fee is paid on arrival. If you need to send Express, please contact customer service to fill in the correct freight before ordering the goods, if the freight is written casually, we will not deliver the goods! Our company does not use logistics or express payment collection service!

[About return]: plastic products will inevitably be damaged during transportation. If there is any damage, you need to return the goods. Please contact customer service in advance. The Buyer shall bear the returned freight, the seller will reissue the returned goods after receiving them. We refuse to return the goods and use freight to pay on arrival!

[About customization]: Our factory has complete equipment and rich experience in the industry. We can process samples and customize them. If the quantity is large, we can develop moulds according to the design drawings.

[Payment method]: sample fee is charged for sending samples, and the buyer bears the express fee. The sample fee can be refunded after placing an order. 30% deposit will be paid after signing the contract for ordering products, and the balance will be paid before shipment!
