4. About Transportation

We cannot and will not guarantee that the goods will arrive at a certain time. All we can do is to send the goods as fast as possible. Those who refuse to accept delivery or return the goods because the arrival time is too late, we will not accept. Therefore, please buyers, especially those who need urgent goods and buyers in remote areas, carefully consider the time risk before purchasing. At the same time, please respect our labor.   • ·B Returns and Exchanges: In principle, the company does not accept any returns for any reason after the sale of all goods (if the product has a quality issue or is sent incorrectly, it can be exchanged for a discussion, and the company will bear the one-way logistics transportation costs. All our quotes are factory prices without transportation costs).
  • ·C If the product itself has quality problems or the function missing due to the transportation process, the company can provide exchange processing. Please feedback the product problem to us within 7 days after receiving the goods. If the after-sales problem is feedback after the deadline, please consult with the customer service. For quality problems of the product, please return more than 20 kilograms with ordinary logistics.
