3. After signing the formal contract, the sample deposit will be used as the payment for the ordered products, or it will be returned to you directly.

4. After we receive the relevant payment, we will immediately arrange sending out the product samples.

5. The Courier cost of sending samples shall be borne by the buyer, and the Courier company will collect the samples on the spot when they are delivered to the customer's door.

Iii. Customization Description:

1. Proofing:

Proofing products must sign a formal contract and pay a deposit, before production, and will be discretionary charge proofing fees. The sample making fee will be refunded if the quantity reaches a certain amount after the official order. The time spent in making samples is not counted in the production period.

Iv. Delivery time

Vi. About transportation?

2) When the goods arrive, the buyer is generally required to pick up the goods at the local freight point. If you need to deliver goods to your door, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee, contact the seller for details

3) According to the distance, freight time is different, please consult the store according to the specific location. Vii. About signing?

Products will be sent out after repeated counting by manual and machine for many times before delivery, but the quantity is reduced or damaged in transit still happen from time to time! Please check the outer packing carefully when you receive the goods. If the outer packing is not complete, please check the goods face to face and sign for it. If you find any lack of goods, please ask the logistics department immediately.

About after-sales service
