We have specifically listed our business processes. If you are a customer who wants plush toys, plush accessories, or fabric gift items, such as pillows, please first review these steps:

One, the embroidery products that need to be developed and designed by our party.

1. Please call our business or technical support line at 17826638960.

2. After confirming the intention of cooperation, please provide a detailed document explaining the purpose of the product and the recipient, as well as the desired style for our designers, so that we can better understand your intentions and design a product that suits you.

3. Our side will provide more than two design schemes for reference and select one of them for local modification.

4. The design draft is confirmed and the production of samples begins.

2. Determine the intention of cooperation.

3. Provide the quantity, schedule, images, specifications, materials, and filling process requirements of the products to be processed. At the same time, we will calculate a preliminary price range.

4. The client provides product drawings (requiring one each of front, side, and top views) or physical mini-samples (two are needed, one for mold making and the other for mold correction).

5. The factory also charges a prototype fee; the prototype fee for physical samples is 300 yuan per order, and the fee for drawing prototypes is 800 yuan per order. (Note: After the order is confirmed, the prototype fee will be refunded or used as payment for the goods.

6. The factory will produce two small samples and provide the accurate unit price and schedule for the product. (Note: The processing time for small samples is usually 3 working days, and the processing time for drawings is 5-7 working days.)

Customer submits feedback and modification proposals, and the factory modifies the prototype according to the requirements.

8. Both parties confirm the final prototype.

9. Both parties will seal the sample and sign the contract for the production. For regular products, 30% of the total payment will be collected as a prepayment, and for special products, 50% of the total payment will be collected as a prepayment.

10. Factory arranges for processing and production.

11. Deliver the goods, and both parties will accept the goods based on the sealed sample standards and settle the remaining balance.

12. Order completion, regular follow-up.
