Infrared password alarm, used for home security.
The following is the instruction manual.
Password infrared alarm
Product model: YL - 107
Detection range: 5 meters
Work Mode: CHIME Welcome, INSTANT Immediate, DELAY Delayed
Battery: 3 AA (4.5V)
Functional Description
PIR infrared sensing can detect the infrared rays emitted by human movement. When it detects the infrared rays emitted by human movement, the alarm host will emit an alarm sound to warn.
On/Off
After installing the battery, enter the password and press '#' to end. The LED will be lit for a 10-second delay. During this time, no inspection of the infrared sensor or alarm work will be performed. Ten seconds later, the system will enter a vigilance state. If we enter the password and press '#' again, the LED will blink for a few seconds before turning off, at which point the vigilance state will be cancelled.
Alarm sound
●CHIME--------When the switch is in the CHIME state, when the infrared sensor detects a change in infrared rays caused by human movement, the alarm device will emit two sounds of "dingdong, dingdong". After the two sounds of "dingdong", if the infrared sensor detects a heat source or a human again, the above steps will be repeated. If the infrared sensor does not detect anything, the whole machine will be in a state of vigilance. To cancel the state of vigilance, after the two sounds of "dingdong, dingdong" are completed, enter the password followed by "#" to complete the cancellation of vigilance.
●INSTANT - When the switch is in the INSTANT state, the alarm will be triggered immediately for 1 minute when the infrared sensor detects a change in infrared rays caused by human movement. After the alarm stops, if the infrared sensor detects a heat source or human again, the same steps will be repeated. During the alarm, a password can be entered to deactivate the alarm, but it does not cancel the vigilance. To cancel the vigilance, you need to enter the password again followed by a hash sign ('#'). Alternatively, after completing a single alarm, you can enter the password followed by a hash sign ('#') to complete the process.
● DELAY --------- When the switch is in the DELAY state, the infrared sensor will enter the warning state and emit a "DIDI" warning sound for 20 seconds when it senses a change in infrared rays caused by human movement. Then, the alarm will sound. During this time, you can input a password to deactivate the alarm, but it is not to cancel the vigilance. To cancel the vigilance, you need to input the password again followed by a "#". Alternatively, you can input the password followed by a "#" after completing a warning.
Change Password
After the initial power-on, the default password is '0000'. Then you input the old password '0000 *' and you will hear a long beep, indicating that you have entered a correct old password. Now, you can input a new password, which can be 1-12 digits plus '*', and you will hear a long beep, indicating that you have successfully changed a new password.
Emergency Alarm
When in an emergency, we can press the red button 'PANIC', which will immediately set off an alarm for one minute. We can disable the alarm by entering a password followed by a '#' sign, but this does not cancel the alert. To cancel the alert, we need to re-enter the password followed by a '#' sign to complete the process.
