扎带基本介绍

1.扎带，顾名思义为捆扎东西的带子，设计有止退功能，只能越扎越紧，也有可拆卸的扎带。分为金属扎带（一般为不锈钢材料）和塑料扎带（一般为尼龙材料），常用于机电产品的电缆，电脑、电子产品、汽车线束等。

2.塑料扎带也称为：扎线、扎线带、束线带、尼龙扎带、捆扎带、绑扎带、电子扎带。

3.采用UL认可尼龙-66（Nylon 66）材料注塑制成，防火等级94V-2，耐酸、腐蚀、绝缘性良好、不易老化、承受力强。操作温度为零下40到90度。该产品具有绑扎快速、绝缘性好、自锁禁固、使用方便等特点。

4.塑料扎带由于产品的特殊性其模具、注塑工艺和材料都相当讲究，一般的新厂家都需要很长的摸索过程才能生产出合格的产品。
