1: Product Quality Issues: Most of our products are tested and approved before they are placed in the warehouse. Selfie sticks and related products are subjected to additional quality checks before they are shipped. We strive to minimize the return rate of our products.
However, please note that electronic products do not have a 100% problem-free rate, and especially for wholesale, it is normal to have some individual returns.

2: Mass Product Replacement: If a product has quality issues and is not due to misuse, and it is within the warranty period, the buyer can accumulate the defective products until they reach a certain quantity, and then send them back in one batch for a replacement.
The replacement products can be sent back together with the ordered goods when needed. (The company is responsible for the return shipping fee after the product is repaired and sent to the buyer, but the customer needs to pay for the return shipping fee themselves.)

3: Return and Exchange Issues:
(1) Our company defaults to support a 7-day return policy, and you can provide a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, and we offer product warranty service for three months (buyers are responsible for the round-trip shipping fees), but accessories and gifts do not currently provide after-sales service. The selfie stick product offers a one-year product warranty service!!!
Product quality issues caused by non-human factors (excluding cosmetic scratches) that cannot be used normally, we will arrange for a replacement within seven days, and we will bear the round-trip shipping costs (the shipping cost range is 8-12 yuan). For regions such as Hong Kong, Macao, and overseas, the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
(3) The price of our products may change with market fluctuations. If the product's price drops within 7 days after signing, we can refund the difference. No processing will be given after 7 days, please be informed.
(4) If a product with mixed batches experiences serious quality problems and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please contact our customer service personnel within 7 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the time exceeds the stipulated period, the return will not be allowed. (The condition for a return is that the product's appearance and packaging must be intact.)

(5) If the product itself has no quality issues and is damaged due to human error, or if the packaging is damaged or has exceeded the warranty period, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Please write your order number, contact information, phone number, and the reason for the after-sales service on a piece of paper and place it inside the goods when returning or exchanging them. The after-sales service department will hold the returned goods for a period of 7 days. If the goods are not claimed within this period, we will handle them ourselves! Please contact the after-sales customer service within 7 days after sending the goods.
