The product prices quoted by our factory are the factory prices (excluding tax, freight, and invoices). Due to the instability of the price fluctuations of raw materials, if the product prices are adjusted, we will not notify you in advance. Please confirm the price before placing an order.

Product Order:

This factory is wholesale-oriented, with low profit margins and high volume sales. Different products have different performance at different prices. Please choose the products you can sell based on your actual situation. All transactions are subject to the rule of payment upon shipment: please use Alipay (preferred) or bank transfer. (Please confirm the account number before transferring to ensure accuracy).

Shipping Instructions:

In general, we will ship your product within 3 days after you place the order. Due to the rapid update of products, there may be a shortage of the products you ordered during the time from ordering to shipping. In this case, we will contact you in time to wait for your handling opinion. If there are no special requirements or we cannot contact you at that time, we will not notify you in advance. Therefore, please try to place your orders as early as possible to avoid any difficulties in arranging shipping when you need it immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Receiving Standards:

Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person, and resolve the compensation if there is any error. Otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accept the goods. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and JIAJI). However, we have the obligation to do our best to help customers solve this problem. Our company will use double packaging of logistics, add cushioning materials, and compact stacking to avoid the occurrence of damage events. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we and you provide is for reference only and does not constitute the content of the contract, nor does it serve as a reason for return.

After-sales service:

All products manufactured by our factory are subject to strict inspection, and the quality guarantee pass rate is over 97%-98%. There are 2%-3% unforeseen issues (such as toys being crushed in the transportation process), which are within the scope of exemption. If there are quality problems with the products after they are shipped, we can negotiate for a replacement, but the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. If the problems occur after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If the problems are within our ability, we will help solve them, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. The following conditions do not enjoy returns: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned products, incomplete accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification of the products, products that are not used or stored in the normal way, etc. Please understand the inconvenience. If the reasons are other quality issues such as poor sales or not as good as expected, etc., we will not provide returns and exchanges! Therefore, please carefully study the actual parameters of the products before purchase as the reference criteria.

Image and actual item:

The majority of product images are self-taken, which can more accurately reflect the actual product. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual items. Additionally, factors such as market changes may lead to adjustments to the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. by the factory. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.
