Solar road stud installation instructions:

road edge (it is not recommended to install it in the middle of the road to avoid excessive vehicle impact and spike damage)

installation steps:

1. Positioning: first use a ruler to determine the installation position to ensure that each position is vertically in a straight line. The installation distance and design requirements shall prevail. The installation position shall be smooth, dry, clean and seamless.

2. Mixing glue: Spike special specialty glue, Spike special B glue, the ratio of specialty glue B glue is 1:1 (for example, specialty glue 1kg, B glue is 1kg). The glue must be stirred evenly and the color should be the same.

3. Glue: clean the road surface during installation, and use moderate glue, which not only sticks to the bottom surface of spike, but also does not overflow too much. About 40-50g glue is needed for each spike, apply glue to the bottom of the road sign and place it in the pre-drawn position. After installation, clean up the road debris.

5. Inspection: check the installed spike two hours later.

6. Road closure: it is recommended to seal the road for 8 hours to ensure the curing time of the glue.
