2. About the color difference of plush toys:
100% of our products are taken in kind, which is as consistent as possible. However, due to different lights and monitors, slight chromatic aberration is inevitable, and the final color is subject to the actual product.
3. About the packaging of plush toys:
all packages of large quantities of products are packed with professional plush evacuation instrument, the contents are packed with transparent bag, and the outer packaging is packed with thickened nylon bag, because the plush toy itself is large in size, only vacuum transportation can better protect the product and save freight, so please don't be surprised when you receive the product slightly smaller than the description or with wrinkles, because this is a normal phenomenon, please open it, shake a few times, and after drying in the sun for a few hours, it will immediately return to its original state. By default, the contents of small batch products are packed in transparent bag, and the outer packaging is ordinary Express envelope. 4. About the return and exchange of plush toys:
we did not return the goods for Tmall days without reason. All products in our store will be strictly controlled before shipment to ensure that the products delivered to you are qualified products. Please confirm as soon as possible after receiving the products. Products sold without quality problems will not be returned or exchanged!
5. About the delivery of plush toys:
by default, all small-batch products in our store are delivered by Yunda, Yousu, and STO Express. If you need to specify a courier company and Bulk Logistics, please contact online customer service.
