Color difference explanation:Due to the background of the photos, the differences in light and the different monitors and printers, the color of the goods may vary. This is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue. The goods are as they appear in person. Since most jewelry is handmade, color differences and minor imperfections are to be expected. If you are very particular about color and imperfections, please carefully consider before making a purchase.
About Shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day (excluding Sundays). In the event of stockouts, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there are dedicated packing personnel who check the shipping documents and the goods together before packing and sending them out.
Express Logistics: 03Our default delivery is by YTO Express. If you require another courier service, please contact our online customer service. If you need urgent delivery and the courier does not reach your location, please contact customer service to change to SF Express and China Post. For large consignments, please inform customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station to facilitate your collection of the goods at the shortest time and nearest location. Please note that courier and logistics services are beyond our control, and please do not use the service attitude and arrival time of the courier and logistics as the basis for our evaluation.
04 About Receiving: Please ensure that the person himself signs for the delivery upon arrival. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's own signature. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.
05 About After-sales Service:Please contact us within three days from the date of receipt if there are any quality issues. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. After this period, we will no longer accept any requests. If there are no quality problems, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, or not being as good as they imagined, etc., the product purchased by the buyer is not allowed to be returned or exchanged.However, if there are any objective quality issues such as rust, peeling paint, or lost stones, a refund or exchange will be provided.
