1. Do all the styles on your shelves have immediate stock availability?

Hello, dear, all the styles on our website are in stock and available for immediate delivery. We generally keep a safety stock of around 200 pieces per color. If your order quantity is large, please consult our customer service in advance so that we can replenish your order in time.

How long does it take to ship my order after I place it? What courier do you use?

Dear customer, hello, the default shipping method is China Post, if you have any specific shipping method, please notify the customer service to make a note. The shipping time is that orders before 18:00 will be sent the same day, and orders after 18:00 will be shipped the next day. In the event of special circumstances (bad weather, express overstock, holidays, etc.), the shipping time will be delayed and timely notification will be given.

3. How many items are required for a small order?

The minimum order quantity for trial sales is low, and we can make up for stock as we sell. Our factory is launching a special small-quantity custom service (minimum order for knitted stripes is 100m, and for woven fabrics is 60 pieces). This gives us a competitive edge over our competitors, and we have no problems with trial sales.

4. About the sample model mannequin size?

Our factory has been dedicated to providing cross-border customers with supplies of male clothing from Europe and the United States for over 10 years. Therefore, our factory's sample models are all based on European and American standards. All clothing styles are larger than those of our competitors, and the materials are sufficient!

5. About the sample fee?

Our sample fee standard is 300 components for simple orders, and 500 components for complex orders. After placing an order, we will fully refund the sample fee.

6. About the delivery date for custom orders?

We usually deliver within 7-10 days. The procurement time for a turnkey project is usually 3 days, but if the custom-made fabrics and materials are required, it will take more than 7 days.

7. About the problem of returning after-sales?

Spot wholesale comes with a full warranty and a refund policy within 15 days of receipt if there are any quality issues. For custom orders, there is no refund or exchange policy if there are no quality issues, as these products are specially crafted according to your requirements and are unique to you.

8. Where are your products suitable for sales?

We specialize in the production of cross-border men's clothing, including Amazon hot-selling men's clothing, ebay best-selling men's clothing, Wish, AliExpress hot-selling men's clothing, etc., suitable for foreign consumers. The products are sized in European or American sizes, and it is not recommended to sell on platforms such as Taobao.
