Wholesale instructions
1. Dear wholesale profit margin, no free shipping. Mixed batch can be used. Mixed batch products must meet the minimum batch requirements (different products are minimum order quantity different), and a single order can be approved at least 200 yuan.
2. All wholesale products will be delivered by logistics. Logistics is divided into ordinary self-pick-up and door-to-door delivery. After submitting the order, contact customer service to modify the freight. (Ordinary self-delivery logistics can only be sent to cities at the county level. Generally, villages and towns cannot arrive. It is not inconvenient or too far away to reject the goods, otherwise the buyer will be responsible for the expenses incurred). We cannot guarantee the speed during transportation. The transportation time varies from region to region. If the time requirement is clear, please do not place an order. If the goods are not available due to the arrival time, the customer will bear all the losses.
3. Damaged all-inclusive. (Note: If there is any damage, please provide the damaged photos within 48 hours after receiving the goods and contact customer service. After checking, the customer service will directly return the equal payment for the damaged vase, without refund of freight, without reshipment, it will not be accepted beyond the time limit. Please accept the order.)
4. All product quotations do not include postage, freight, and taxes. The shipment of crafts requires a wooden frame. The wooden frame costs 5 yuan per piece. Generally, goods worth about 200 yuan need a wooden frame, and goods worth about 400 yuan need 2 pieces, and so on.
5. After placing an order, we will inform the warehouse to distribute the goods to the wooden frame as soon as possible. In principle, no refund will be made after ordering. If there are special reasons for refund, we will deduct labor costs and packaging materials costs, no refund will be returned after shipment. Please know.
6. Due to multi-channel retailing, inventory changes fluctuate greatly. In case of temporary out-of-stock, after the buyer receives the goods and checks, contact us to refund the out-of-stock difference.
7. The customer receives the goods within 2 days. If there is any problem, the customer will promptly report it to the after-sales customer service for handling. There is no objection within 2 days after receiving the goods. It is deemed that there is no problem in this cooperation and the transaction is completed.
8. The vase pictures in our shop are all taken in kind, which is as consistent as possible. Under different light and different angles or different displays, the color difference problem caused by deviation and different personal understanding of color is inevitable.

1.
