Description

电缆接头分类

1.按安装场所可分为户内式和户外式两种。

2.按制作安装材料又可分为热缩式(最常用的一种)、干包式，环氧树脂浇注式及冷缩式。

3.按线芯材料可分为铜芯电力电缆头和铝芯电力电缆头。

4.按接头材质分为塑料电缆接头和金属电缆接头。金属电缆接头又分为多孔金属电缆防水接头、防折弯金属电缆接头、双锁紧金属电缆防水接头、塑料软管电缆接头、金属软管电缆接头等。

电缆接头作用

它的主要作用是使线路通畅，使电缆保持密封，并保证电缆接头处的绝缘等级，使其安全可靠地运行。若是密封不良，不仅会漏油造成油浸纸干枯，而且潮气也会侵入电缆内部，使纸绝缘性能下降。

一些电气安装施工人员在敷设电线时，往往不注意安装塑料电缆防水接头质量:在应该用绝缘套管处不装套管;应该用接线盒的地方也没有装接线盒;甚至在电线接头处不是采用绞接方法，而是采用违章的弯钩状连接方法。这种弯钩状连接方法的接触电阻很大，通电时不断发热，会使附近的木板逐步干燥、炭化，最后发生燃烧，引起火灾。

电线接头发热不但会造成大量的电能损失，而且会严重影响电气设备的正常工作，轻则线路中工作电流增大，电气设备寿命缩短，重则会突然中断了正在进行中的生产、科研、医疗手术和其它活动，还会酿成火灾和触电事故等等，造成难以估量的损失。
