Return and Exchange Policy:

Non-quality issues do not accept returns and exchanges. If you need to return or exchange, each bag will be deducted 2 yuan for depreciation and packaging fees. If the goods have quality issues or are due to our error leading to the wrong shipment, we will offer you a free exchange (requiring express delivery, and the return postage is the responsibility of the customer, while the sending postage is borne by us). If you choose to return directly, only the refund will be allowed, and the postage is not responsible. We do not accept returns with a "pay upon arrival" option.

Quality Definitions:

The fabric has a noticeable hole.

B is obviously asymmetrical on both sides (except for the style). If there is any significant size or length difference.

C has a noticeable stain or dyeing (measured by a diameter of 1cm)

You can apply for a return within 3 days of receiving the goods (starting from the date of signing the receipt), and we will not accept any requests after this period! The returned goods must be brand new and unused, cannot be washed, and cannot be damaged by human intervention. They must retain the original packaging and accessories intact, and be returned in their original sealed condition. We do not accept items that are sent back as a courier's payment. Otherwise, we will not process any returns!

The following conditions do not fall within the scope of quality issues for exchanges:

1. Odor Issue. (Some fabrics may have a peculiar odor due to special processing. Some warehouses may have an odor due to storage.)

2. Loose threads or open stitches in certain areas

3. Light-colored fabrics with slight stains (may occur during production and sales process)

4. Fabric quality or transparency (there is no standard, it depends on personal perception and expectations, and there is no clear definition. Please understand.)

5. Used and washed goods cannot be exchanged.

6. If you do not contact us and provide a reason for the return, we will not process the item that you send back without permission.

7. Strongly remind that goods without quality problems are not accepted for returns and exchanges, and those with quality problems can be returned for a refund.

8. Regarding printing issues, it is a normal phenomenon that some printing may exhibit blurring or uneven patterns during mass production. This will not be treated as a quality problem.

9. All bags with edge oil may have the edge oil part peeling off, and the dyeing (wipes off) is not a quality issue.

Some bags may have pressure or fold marks during the delivery and transportation process, which are not considered quality issues.
