【关于快递】

 Default shipping with ZTO Express; for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, shipping is uniformly by SF Express, with the option for payment on delivery; for large quantities, logistics can be used.

【关于发货时间】

Order before 4 PM for same-day shipping
After 4 PM, orders will be shipped the next day.

【关于 color difference issues】

The product images and detail pictures provided by our store are all real-scene shots of the products. However, due to differences in lighting or computer monitors, there may be some color differences, which is a normal phenomenon. We hope that all friends will understand.

【关于缺货断货问题】

Our company has physical stores that wholesale and sell on platforms such as Alibaba, with a large daily shipment volume. We operate both online and offline, which is why there may be instances of product stockouts. If you place an order for a product that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

【关于产品价格】

Quality assurance, you can rest assured completely. If you still feel uneasy, you can take the sample first.

【关于退换货的问题】

Within 7 days after receipt, if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after the expiration date! If it is due to our mistake in sending or missing the product, or if there are any defects, we will bear the return postage. However, for non-quality issues (which include: loose threads, uneven stitching in some places, or personal dislikes due to subjective reasons), if you need to exchange or return the product, you will have to bear the return postage yourself, as we have to deal with the pressure of stock and the waste of a lot of manpower and resources.
Special Statement: For exchange or return to be eligible, the item must not have been washed, have no defects caused by human handling, and the label must be intact. The item must be in a condition that allows for resale. For exchanges or returns due to quality issues or our side's errors, please prepay the shipping fee when returning the item. Once we receive the item, we will transfer the shipping fee to you via Alipay.

【关于产品包装】

If no special note is made, the default packaging for the warehouse applies. For some products that need to be individually packaged in OPP bags, a special note should be made indicating that they should be individually packaged in OPP bags.

【Signature Instructions】

Please open the package in the presence of the courier to conduct the following checks when you receive the goods from our store: Is the product intact, is the number of goods correct, etc. Only after confirming there are no errors should you sign for the parcel to avoid any problems after signing: missing goods, damaged goods, or quality issues such as stains on the goods.
