Our shoes have high value for the price, and only a very few shoes may have quality issues. As the footwear industry is labor-intensive, it's not possible to mass-produce shoes in one mold. Each pair is handmade, and I believe everyone can understand this. If there are some minor issues mentioned below, our customers can easily fix them by themselves. We strive to keep the defect rate to less than 3%. When we dispatch the goods, we check them carefully to try to remove any defective shoes and continuously reduce the defect rate. We aim to deliver the best products to our customers, ensuring a long-lasting partnership. We refuse to accept irresponsible and malicious reviews. There is no standard definition of quality for footwear and apparel, so the same pair of shoes can have many satisfied customers and some dissatisfied ones. For those buyers who are overly strict with quality, I suggest they avoid ordering from our store from the start and look for other suppliers.

(1) The following categories do not belong to quality problems.

  1. The shoe surface diamond decoration is loose/uneven, the shoe light is not lit, the needle eye, thread head, and surface contact with glue, small peeling, odor, color difference, small stains, the thickness of the material, the color difference and pore size of genuine leather... and imagination, this does not belong to quality problems.

2. Some shoe seams may have loose threads, glue residue from the bottom edge after gluing, minor edges on injection molded soles, loose threads, and a slight imprint after the edge peeling off.

 3. The shoe box is damaged, and this issue is mainly due to problems during transportation.

 4. A few small needle holes left by the positioning needles when stepping on the upper and the needle head's jump stitching

 5. Cleanable stains

 Children's shoes are labor-intensive products, not belonging to the category of products that are double-free.

 Picky perfectionists, if you're looking for perfection, please look elsewhere.

 How to exchange or return goods with quality problems

 1. If the shoes have serious quality problems: such as large-area delamination, large-area skin peeling, opening threads, broken bottom, moldy, shoe surface fracture, heel detachment, favorable wind feet, wrong color, wrong model, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods to report the problem. If it is not serious, it can be repaired. If some are indeed serious problems, please customers sign within 3 days, (after 3 days, we will not accept such problems, cheap shoes, the cost of after-sales warranty does not include the cost of the factory price, it is a commodity without after-sales warranty) must take good photos and send them to us for confirmation and verification. If the goods meet the above conditions before wearing, they can be returned and exchanged, and the return and exchange freight costs will be shared by the buyer and the seller. (Note: This is very easy to understand. When you go to the physical wholesale store to pick up the goods, you cannot check each piece carefully before paying. Even if you check it, you cannot guarantee that there are no problems. If you find quality problems at home, you still have to spend your own travel expenses to exchange.   2. If the problem shoes are returned directly by the customer without our confirmation, we will refuse to sign and return them to the buyer, and we are not responsible for any resulting costs. Or, if the problem shoes are confirmed and verified, but the shipping cost has not been confirmed, we will send out an exorbitant shipping cost at will. We will only pay the corresponding part of the shipping cost based on the standard when we send the goods. For shoes that we have confirmed and agreed to return, the shipping cost must be prepaid first, because the price of courier to pay is higher than the price of prepaid by one times. After we receive the problem shoes, we will take the immediate account payment method to pay the buyer the return shipping cost.
