Return and exchange regulations:
Non-quality problems are not accepted. If the goods have quality problems or are sent incorrectly due to our mistakes, we will exchange the goods for you free of charge (express delivery is required, and the customer is responsible for the return postage, the postage is borne by us). If you return the goods directly, you can only return the goods. The postage will not be responsible ~ you will not accept the return on arrival.
Definition of quality problems:
A fabric has obvious holes
B is obviously asymmetric around (except for style reasons). If there is obvious size, length, etc.
C has obvious stain dyeing (subject to the diameter of 1cm)
You can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the goods. (calculated from the date of receipt) expiration will not be accepted! The returned and exchanged goods must be brand new and unused. They cannot be washed or damaged manually. The packaging and original accessories must be kept intact and returned in the original seal. Express delivery is not accepted. Otherwise, it will not be handled!
The following conditions do not belong to the scope of quality problem replacement:
1. Odor problem. (some fabrics may have some peculiar smell after special treatment. Some warehouses have peculiar smell)
2. The thread ends are not handled clean or individual areas thread pressing, etc.
3. Slight dirt on light color fabric (may be worn during production and sales)
4. Whether the fabric is good or bad or transparent (there is no standard, personal feeling and expectation, there is no standard and definition, please understand)
5. Used washed goods cannot be exchanged
6. If you do not contact us and inform us of the reason for return, the goods sent back without authorization will not be handled.
7. Seriously remind that products without quality problems cannot be returned or exchanged, and products with quality problems can be returned.
8. With regard to the printing problem, it is normal to produce a large number of printing with individual smudges and uneven printing patterns, and do not deal with quality problems.
9. For bags with side oil, the side Oil part falls off, and printing and dyeing (erasability) does not deal with quality problems.
