1. Customer service time

2. Warehouse Delivery

due to the difficulty of packaging glassware, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Normally, we will arrange shipment within 48 hours after payment, except for large-scale activities.

3. Damaged guaranteed compensation

if you find any transportation damage after signing, please take photos within 24 hours and contact customer service. We will arrange after-sales personnel to assist in handling it as soon as possible. If there is any difference with your imagination, return or exchange (without affecting the secondary sales) the freight is borne by the buyer himself, and the buyer shall bear the damage of the products sent back by the buyer.

4. Transportation Freight

free shipping is not available for all goods in our store. Please contact Customer Service to confirm the freight and transportation method. The transportation method is delivered to your door by logistics with self-Commission (excluding delivery upstairs)
