1. Ordering Rules:

III. Shipping Instructions:
The rules of our store for shipping are to first print the express delivery slip, click the shipping option, and then arrange for the warehouse to ship the goods! (We try to ship orders the same day) If you find that your order shows shipping but there is no display of logistics information, please do not worry, the shipment will be sent within two days! (4) If the return is made based on dissatisfaction or not wanting the product, but there is no quality issue, it will not be accepted.
All quality issues must be accumulated to a minimum of five returns before we will bear the return shipping costs (we refuse to accept returns using expensive logistics services such as DEG and Best, please contact our after-sales customer service to negotiate the return method). About creases: After the umbrella is fully assembled and wrapped, it is placed inside the packaging, so when it is opened, there will be some creases similar to the concept of clothing.
Regarding the stitching holes: Since the umbrella surface is sewn together from triangular pieces, it is inevitable to leave stitching holes. This is especially true for umbrellas with coated fabric. Generally, these holes do not affect use, but if the umbrella is subjected to strong water pressure, it is inevitable that water will seep through the holes. Currently, there is no solution within the industry to address this issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand and forgive this situation.
About the swaying of the umbrella handle: To ensure that the umbrella can be opened and closed easily, there is a gap between the umbrella frame and the umbrella handle, so slight swaying is normal and does not affect the use and stability of the umbrella.
