1. What is the minimum order quantity for a bottle opener with custom Logo/color/style?

Answer: The specific quantity is determined based on different styles, usually starting at 500 pieces, with the first order supporting small-quantity trial production!

What materials can a bottle opener be made of?
Answer: You can choose materials such as ABS, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and you can also mix materials according to your requirements.

How long is the lead time for customizing a logo on the bottle opener?

Answer: If the quantity is less than 2000, the production cycle is approximately:

  Laser engraving: 3-7 days

 Silk screen printing: 5-9 days

4. How to customize a logo?

- Provide the Logo document (AI format or CDR)

- Choose the Logo Manufacturing Process (Available options include laser engraving, screen printing, label pasting, or other processes)

- Design rendering (effect rendering of the product with our company's designed Logo).

- Confirm the details (adjustments for logo position, size, etc.)

- Product production (will enter mass production after mailing the sample to you for confirmation, postage collect).

5. Return and Exchange Policy:

(1) Under the condition of not affecting the second sale, you can return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt without any reason. Please ensure that the original packaging box is returned together when returning to avoid damage in transit.
(2) For returns due to non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
If there are any invoices and free gifts, please send them back together. If they are lost, they will be deducted at the market price.
（4）Customer's own reasons (address, phone number error, rejection, etc.) for the cost of logistics re-signing will be borne by the customer themselves.
