1. About the supply of goods 

Manufacturers have a direct supply of goods, sufficient inventory, short production cycle, and guaranteed product quality.

3、关于售后 

We will provide complete after-sales service, and under the condition of not affecting the second sale, we commit to providing a 15-day no-reason return and exchange policy. If there is no quality problem, the return and exchange shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If there is a quality problem, the shipping costs will be borne by our store.

4、About Shipping 

Orders placed before 15:00 daily can be shipped the same day (except for custom goods), and orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next day. Default shipping method is Yunda Express. If there are any special circumstances, please contact customer service.

5. About Customization 

All products in this store support customizations, and custom products (including ornaments) do not support returns and exchanges. Products in large quantities (over 100 pieces) do not support returns and exchanges.
