Principle: The principle is to form a dense protective film within the balloon to slow down the escape velocity of helium.

Operation Method：

Step 1: Insert the tube into the bottom of the balloon and press 1-2 times (counting 1 time when you press all the way to the bottom, and counting 2 times when the beak fully returns up and then you press all the way to the bottom again).

Step 2: Knead the balloon to evenly mix the liquid. Do not apply the liquid to the 1cm area at the balloon opening (important)

Step 3: Infuse the balloon with helium, tie it, and wrap it with ribbon, securing it tightly to prevent leakage.

Usage: Used to extend the floating time of latex balloons.
