Thin instant adhesive
Instant adhesive, also known as quick-dry adhesive or instant adhesive, is a synthetic adhesive composed primarily of cyanoacrylate. Instant adhesive is suitable for a variety of industrial applications, including electronics, appliances, toys, lighting, molds, metals, plastics, rubber, crafts, gifts, leather, wood, and more. It is a general-purpose quick-drying adhesive.
Thin instant adhesive: Instant adhesives come in thick and thin varieties, with the general viscosity of thin adhesive being 2 CPS, and that of thick adhesive ranging from 1000 CPS to 6000 CPS. To thin the adhesive, you can directly use thin adhesive to dilute it, which has a minimal impact on the adhesive's bonding strength. Alternatively, you can use methylene chloride to thin it, which will slightly affect the adhesive's bonding strength.

Instant Adhesive Basic Characteristics:
1. Curing speed is fast, adhesion strength is high, operation is simple, convenient, strong universality, and good aging resistance, suitable for small area material bonding (within 5*5 cm).
2. Room temperature curing is possible, both indoors and outdoors, without the need for any additional curing aids (it is best to operate in an environment with good air circulation to avoid the occurrence of whitening).
3. The temperature range of application is generally -50 to +80 degrees Celsius (the material can withstand instantaneous temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius), except for special high-temperature-resistant adhesives that can withstand temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius.
4. Suitable for general environments, not suitable for use in places where long-term contact with water, immersion, strong acids and strong bases (including alcohol, propylene oxide) are present.
5. Place in a shady area to avoid direct sunlight (for extended storage, instant adhesive can be refrigerated in the fridge).
