Precautions for personalized customized products (required)
1. Write down the required customized content, font and color on the remarks
chain length: about 45cm + 5cm extension chain pendant is about 3cm in length (remarks: the pendant size varies according to the letter)
2. Once the color is determined, do not change the product to vacuum real gold plating at will.
Existing color: rigid color (no fading); Gold, rose gold (color retention for at least one year)
3. Please leave your contact information in the remarks column. If there are special circumstances, it is convenient to communicate and solve the problem.
4. Customized products will not be returned or exchanged once they are confirmed to be produced. I hope all bosses and our store can confirm the information before placing an order.
5. The production time of customized products is generally long (7-12 days). If you need urgent, please contact our customer service to confirm so as not to delay the delivery time of all bosses.
